Born in Caracas, Venezuela—one of the global capitals of salsa—Bersy has been a powerhouse in the dance world since childhood. By age 16, she was already the principal dancer of Venezuela’s most prestigious salsa company, Imagen Latina, touring internationally.

Now based in Spain, she is a global icon, choreographer, and director of her own international dance company (Bersy Style and African Mambo). She has shared the stage with legendary salsa artists like Oscar D’León, El Gran Combo, and Cheo Feliciano, and has trained alongside masters like Eddie Torres. She stands today as one of the strongest, most respected female figures in the global salsa scene.
